Room 209 is the only room we have without ensuite bathroom, being this our smallest room. Bathroom is private and located at the beginning of the second floor, where room 209 also lies; there’re toilet and sink and shower which is separate. Room 209 has double bed and cannot be done with 2 separate beds, morevoer it cannot host additional guests or children.

Great location for short stay. Close to train station and bus station and easy to find – this is important in Venice as it is so easy to get lost.
Nice little hotel in Venice just off the grand canal. The hotel was an excellent choice. Close to the bus station , but not too close.
We stayed here as part of the final leg of our journey round italy. It was really reasonably priced for venice ..
