As we already saw in a previous article, Fortuny Palace will be hosting an exhibition of Wagnerism and the influence it held in Italian arts. Through this, the curator wanted to point out how the composer Wagner left his sign on the Italian painter Mariano Fortuny.

Well, this exhibition has been enriched thanks to the collaboration of the contemporary artist Mirco Marchelli who has presented and an installation for the occasion named “Mute scenery for low clouds“. Using the material found at the third flood of the palace (where Fortuny himself once lived), Marchelli has composed new shapes proposing a musical installation and transforming old objects in new art.

If you want to see the exhibition in Fortuny Palace and the installation by Mirco Marchelli, remember to book your stay with Albergo Marin!
